So interesting, I’ve never really thought of how food tv has changed over the years, or the wonderful people the ideas. I’ve simply enjoyed watching it! You’ve got me thinking in a totally different way, and left me wanting to read more!

Thanks! The point of the book is to ask if Food TV can teach us how to eat, can TV teach us how to save the planet. By the time the book came out, most people were already watching streaming services which means way more bosses to dictate trends, and a much more diluted watching culture.
